Neville is the director and founder of Dodd & Associates Limited. The dedication to our clients starts with Neville, often found at the office day and night. Neville's career has spanned engineering, marketing, general management and accounting, giving him an understanding of business that transcends through all facets of D&A. Neville specialises in Wealth Management and Structural Design, advising and reporting to small business and agribusiness. Neville has an interest in firearms and you may see him out on the range dressed as a cowboy. Neville is an outstanding shot and has won or placed in many competitions. |
| ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR: KERRY ADAMS CA | |

Kerry joined the firm in '96 from Lincoln University with a degree in Commerce & Management. As a direct result of his dedication and consistent excellence he was appointed Associate Director in 2006. He possesses an outstanding knowledge of the NZ tax system and specialises in Business Builder, Farm accounting and Rural accounting matters with particular focus on Bloodstock. Kerry is a devoted Canterbury rugby supporter and a passionate horse racing fan who has shared in the ownership of many horses. He hopes to one day have that champion horse which will win the New Zealand Cup. Kerry is married to Rebecca and has two wonderful little boys, Cameron & Keegan. |
| SENIOR ACCOUNTANT: RACHAEL STEWART CA | |

Rachael is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant who came to Dodd & Associates Limited in 2000, after previously working for some of the "Big 4" firms. She graduated from Lincoln University in 1995 with a degree in Commerce and Management. Rachael’s expertise lies in Business valuation, financial reporting & business advice. She enjoys motor sport, wine, Trade Me and reading, and lives in a miniature zoo with her long-suffering partner, Shane, of 21 years, two dogs, one cat, two turtles, a frog and seven tanks of tropical fish. The tanks are growing on a weekly basis and Rachael believes it won't be long until she will be able to open her aquarium. |
| ACCOUNTANT: KATE YAN CA | |

Kate joined Dodd & Associates Limited in May 2007 after working just over a year for another local chartered accounting practice. She found Dodd & Associates a more technologically advanced and professional firm. She has been a member of Christchurch Chinese Church for many years and has always been actively involved in the Church choir. Kate has been asked to appear as a soloist in many musicals because of her singing talent. Kate is also a Chinese teacher for the Church in her free time and those people who are interested in Chinese culture and language. |
| ACCOUNTANT SUPPORT: JENNY HU | |

Jenny joined Dodd & Associates in April 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Canterbury University during the three preceding years. Prior to that, Jenny had moved to New Zealand from China where she had exposure in the work force to business accounting. Jenny is also fluent in Mandarin so is not only able to assist the senior accountants with their work, but also able to assist our Asian client base to support Kate Yan when needed. Jenny can be seen racing around Christchurch in her newly acquired Suzuki. Jenny has started to learn photography and hopes to one day have her own exhibition of landscapes and other amazing photos. |
| ACCOUNTING INTERN: ANNA MORRIS | |

Anna joined Dodd & Associates in November 2008 in the role of Accounting Intern. Anna has just completed her fourth year at Canterbury University studying towards a BA/BCom in Psychology and Accounting, which she plans to finish in 2009 and then she will work towards becoming a Chartered Accountant. In her spare time Anna enjoys spending time with family and friends, summer bbq’s, playing social netball, movies, and shopping. Anna can be seen around Christchurch appearing on the Karaoke stage singing her favourite song "The Gambler". |
| EXECUTIVE OFFICER: KATE MITCHELL | |

Kate joined Dodd & Associates in September 2007. She came to us after having spent three years at Canterbury University majoring in English & having a strong interest in History. Kate originally hails from Timaru. Kate is the friendly and smiling face that will greet you as you come into our office. She also loves to cook and in particular is attempting to perfect Italian Cuisine. Unfortunately the staff have yet to experience this cuisine but hear from her partner that it is outstanding. Kate is the resident baker and always surprises staff members with her delicious chocolate cake on their birthday. |
| ADMINISTRATION ASSISTANT: CARRIE DONG | |

Carrie joined Dodd & Associates in March 2009 in an administrative role. Carrie completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature whilst in China and a NZ Diploma in Business when she arrived in New Zealand. She is currently a student at Canterbury University studying towards the NZICA requirement to become a Chartered Accountant. In her spare time she enjoys playing music and hopes one day she will own a grand piano. Her long time dream is to play on the stages around New Zealand and to put on a recital for the public. Her favourite composers are Beethoven & Mozart and their many symphonies that they wrote. She finds them a delight to play and often plays them to her friends. |
