Neville is the director and founder of Dodd & Associates Limited. The dedication to our clients starts with Neville, often found at the office day and night. Neville's career has spanned engineering, marketing, general management and accounting, giving him an understanding of business that transcends through all facets of D&A. Neville specialises in Wealth Management and Structural Design, advising and reporting to small business and agribusiness. |
| ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR: KERRY ADAMS | |

Kerry joined the firm in '96 from Lincoln University with a degree in Commerce & Management. As a direct result of his dedication and consistent excellence he was appointed Associate Director in 2006. He possesses an outstanding knowledge of the NZ tax system and specialises in Business Performance Enhancement Programs, Farm accounting and Rural accounting matters with particular focus on Bloodstock. Kerry is a devoted Canterbury rugby supporter and a passionate horse racing fan who currently shares in the ownership of one horse. Kerry is married to Rebecca and in June 2007 their first son Cameron, was born. |
| ACCOUNTANT: RACHAEL STEWART | |

Rachael is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant who came to D&A in 2000, after previously working for some of the "Big 4" firms. Her expertise lies in Business valuation, financial reporting & business advice. She enjoys motor sport, wine, TradeMe and reading, and lives with long-suffering partner of 18 years and five beautiful "child substitutes", her pets. |
| ACCOUNTANT: ELIZABETH HISLOP | |

Elizabeth Hislop started in 2006 straight from Canterbury University. Born and raised in Canterbury she worked part-time in finance and printing industries, and also for the Inland Revenue Department, prior to her appointment at D&A. She completed her Part Ones in 2007 and is currently working her way through logbook requirements before starting Professional Accounting school in 2008. Elizabeth has also become our resident expert on KiwiSaver. |

Kate Yan completed a Bachelor of Management in China before deciding to take the big step of moving to New Zealand in 2000. Since then Kate has completed a Bachelor of Commerce at Canterbury Uni and joined Dodd & Associates in May 2007. Kate had gained just over a years experience at another public practice firm in Christchurch. She is fluent in Mandarin so is presently in charge of our Asian client base and after hours she is currently working her way through logbook requirements before being able to start Professional Accounting school. |
| ACCOUNTANT SUPPORT: JENNY HU | |

Jenny Hu joined Dodd & Associates in April 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Canterbury Uni during the three preceding years. Prior to that, Jenny had moved to New Zealand from China where she had exposure in the work force to business accounting. Jenny is also fluent in Mandarin so is not only able to assist the senior accountants with their work, but also able to assist our Asian client base to support Kate Yan when needed. |

Kate Campbell joined Dodd & Associates Ltd in November 2007 as our accounting intern. She is in her fourth year at Canterbury University studying accounting, heading towards a Bachelor of Commerce and becoming a Chartered Accountant. Kate works part-time around her lectures assisting the accounting team with graduate level accounting work. In her spare time, Kate enjoys playing competitive tennis & a bit of social netball. |

Kate Mitchell joined Dodd & Associates in September 2007 to take up the role of receptionist. She came to us after having spent three years at Canterbury University majoring in English & having a strong interest in History. Kate grew up in Timaru and still enjoys returning there to spend time with her family. She also loves to cook and in particular is attempting to perfect Italian Cuisine. |
| Executive officer: Rowan Thornley | |

Rowan Thornley is our Office Administrator and Neville's Executive Officer. She spent two years working in the Medical Recruitment Industry before joining Dodd & Associates early in 2006. Rowan grew up down South before moving to Christchurch in 2002 to complete a B.A. at Canterbury University. After marrying Rob in March 07, family time takes up whatever free time Rowan has left after work and her study commitments as she is slowly chipping away at a Bachelor of Accounting at Massey University by correspondence. |
| Office Manager: Claire Dodd | |

Claire Dodd is our very busy Office Manager and also Neville's wife. With previous careers as a journalist and being a mother of three she has now turned her hand to staff administration, office provisions and supplies. Claire is responsible for the security and delivery of client documentation so you will often see her whizzing around town to meet our deadlines. |
