DIRECTOR: KERRY ADAMS    CA
	Kerry joined the firm in '96 from Lincoln University with a degree in Commerce & Management. In April 2011 Kerry purchased DAA from the previous owner Neville Dodd. He possesses an outstanding knowledge of the NZ tax system and specialises in Business Builder, Farm accounting and Rural accounting matters with particular focus on Bloodstock. Kerry is a devoted Canterbury rugby supporter and a passionate horse racing fan who has shared in the ownership of many horses. He hopes to one day have that champion horse which will win the New Zealand Cup. Kerry is married to Rebecca, has two wonderful little boys, Cameron & Keegan and a daughter, Cushla.
DIRECTOR: NEVILLE DODD    CA
	Neville is the director and founder of DAA. The dedication to our clients starts with Neville, often found at the office day and night. Neville's career has spanned engineering, marketing, general management and accounting, giving him an understanding of business that transcends through all facets of D&A. Neville specialises in Wealth Management and Structural Design, advising and reporting to small business and agribusiness. Neville has an interest in firearms and you may see him out on the range. Neville is an outstanding shot and has won or placed in many competitions.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR: RACHAEL STEWART CA
	Rachael is a highly qualified Chartered Accountant who came to DAA after previously working for some of the "Big 4" firms. She graduated from Lincoln University in 1995 with a degree in Commerce and Management. As a direct result of her dedication and consistent excellence she was appointed Associate Director in 2010. Rachael’s expertise lies in Business valuation, financial reporting & business advice. She enjoys motor sport, wine, Trade Me and lives in a miniature zoo with her long-suffering partner, Shane, two dogs, two turtles and three tanks of tropical fish.
ACCOUNTANT: Jenny Hu ACA
	Jenny Hu joined DAA in April 2007 after completing a Bachelor of Commerce at Canterbury University during the three preceding years. Prior to that, Jenny had moved to New Zealand from China where she had exposure in the work force to business accounting. Jenny is also fluent in Mandarin as well as English so is able to assist our Asian client base. Jenny has a passion for photography and can be often seen travelling around Christchurch taking creative snaps of the city and the changing face of it after the earthquake.
ACCOUNTANT: CARRIE DONG
	Carrie joined DAA in March 2009 in an administrative role. Carrie completed a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature whilst in China and a NZ Diploma in Business when she arrived in New Zealand. In 2010 she completed her study at Canterbury University for the NZICA requirements to become a Chartered Accountant. In April 2011 Carrie joined the firm full time as a graduate accountant. In her spare time she enjoys playing music and hopes one day she will own a grand piano. Carrie is also a specialist at making delicious desserts for her friends and has even had offers from cafes for the recipes.
PRODUCTION MANAGER: ROBERT CRAIG
	Robert joined DAA in September 2009 and is responsible for ensuring that all work is received and programmed into our very detailed workflow system. Robert previously worked for 42 years for a large Rural Services Company being mainly involved with insurance and systems implementation and maintenance. In his spare time Robert enjoys gardening, tinkering with things mechanical/electrical, travel and involvement with his family.
EXECUTIVE OFFICER: KATE MITCHELL
	Kate joined DAA in September 2007. She came to us after having spent three years at Canterbury University majoring in English & having a strong interest in History. Kate originally hails from Timaru. Kate is the friendly and smiling face that will greet you as you come into our office. She loves to cook and in particular is attempting to perfect Italian & Kenyan Cuisine. Kate is the resident baker and always surprises staff members with her delicious chocolate cake on their birthday.
